      1. How to login or create online account?

Go to Login page, enter your email address and password.

If you do not have an account, click “Register here” to create an account with us.

Important notification about your order will be sent to your email address, please ensure to provide a valid email address.

      1. What are the benefits of creating account?

By creating account, you will be able to:

  • Receive Store Credit which can be used for your purchase;
  • Save your favourite products to your wishlist;
  • Checkout faster by saving your address;
  • View your order status and track your shipment.
      1. How to reset or change password?

After login to your account, proceed to “Change password” under “My account” section.

If you forget your password, click “Forget password” and enter your email address. You will receive an email with a new password.

      1. How to edit my profile details?

After login to your account, you can click “Edit” to update profile details or shipping and billing addresses for future orders.

      1. How to place an order?

Select and add products to shopping cart. Proceed to checkout. You will be prompted to login or register if you are not logged in to your account. Ensure that the shipping address is correct. Apply any coupon code or Store Credit if available. Select your payment methods and place your order. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details after placing an order.

      1. How to view order status?

To view information about your order status, go to “My order”.

To ship

Order is paid and is to be delivered to you.

Order is cancelled.

You can click on the order to view more details about the order.

      1. How to track your order?

Go to “My order”, under “To ship”, click on the order you wish to track. Click the “TRACKING” button beside the tracking number to see the delivery status.

      1. Can I amend or cancel my order?

Once your order has been fulfilled or is ready for shipment, you are not allowed to amend or cancel your order. You only can request to amend the shipping or billing address. You are recommended to cancel the whole order if you wish to:

  • Change the colour or size of product;
  • Add or remove product;
  • Use a voucher code or Store Credit that you had forgotten to.

If you wish to amend or cancel your order, kindly provide information needed, such as new address or cancel reasons, through the “Contact Form” or send an email to [] with the subject [Amend/Cancel Request for Order Id #___].

      1. What to do if I did not complete the entire checkout process?

All products that you added into your shopping cart will remain in your cart until you have successfully placed the order, you can begin a new checkout process to place an order. If you had placed an order but did not complete the payment process, you can view your order at “My order”, and continue the payment with the order.

      1. What to do if there is no suitable shipping/payment method?

We will make our best efforts to always process all orders. In event where your address requires international shipping or you are not able to process payment online, do let us know and we will come up with a solution for you.

    1. About Return and Refund
      1. How to submit a Return Request?

All customer is allowed to made one Return Request for each order. To submit a Return Request, go to “My order”, under “Completed”, click on the order you wish to return. Click “Return” button at the bottom of the page. Select the product and the quantity of the product needed to be return, provide return reason and additional information.

If you are unsure about return eligibility, kindly provide information, such as return reason and visual proof (picture or video, if necessary), through the “Contact Form” or send an email to [] with the subject [Return Request for Order Id #___].

      1. How to check return status?

Go to “Product return”, your return status will be shown next to your Return ID.


Request is under review.

Provide additional information if required.

Awaiting Products

Request is approved.

Return products to the address provided.


Return process is completed/denied.

Store Credit Refund will be issued.


      1. How to return products?

You must submit a Return Request before returning the products. If your Return Request has been approved, you can return the products to the address provided by us. You are recommended to return products through a recordable or tracked means as we are not responsible for items lost during shipping.

All returned products will be inspected. Refund will be given in the form of Store Credit if the return is accepted. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and the delivery fee for the product to be returned to you is at your expense.

      1. Can I request for refund?

All goods sold are not cash-refundable. For returned product that is accepted by us, refund will be provided in the form of Store Credit into your online account, which can be used for your next purchase. The amount of Store Credit issued is equivalent to returned product’s sold price (after discount, if applicable) deducted with fees charged by us, such as delivery charge or shipping fee.
