Return and Refund Policy

    1. Introduction

OASIS FASHION SDN BHD wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. We recommend you to read our “Return and Refund Policy” prior to making a purchase from our websites. We also recommend you to immediately inspect and check the conditions of any goods deliver to you before accepting the shipment/parcel.


Return is only valid for online purchase at our website if it meets all our return requirements. Returned products are strictly not cash-refundable. Return and Refund Policy is granted only ONE (1) time for each order. OASIS FASHION SDN BHD reserves the rights to inspect the condition of the product(s) before processing any refund, and to reject any return request at our sole discretion if the product(s) did not match our conditions. Our decisions on the returns are final.

    1. Return Eligibility and Requirements

Returns must be done within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of order. Special Price items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. You may return your order (or product) for following reasons:

  • The product you received is the wrong product(s);
  • The product you received is faulty, such as both shoes are left/right side, one side is bigger than the other;
  • The product you received has a manufacturing defect;
  • You wish to change the colour or size of the product;
  • Other reason accepted by us.


All returned product(s) must be in original condition, unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging. We do not accept any product that has been worn, used, damaged as a result of wear and tear or anything we reasonably believe that has been used or worn. Customers are advised to return product(s) through a recordable or tracked means as we are not responsible for items lost during shipping.


In the event of return, delivery charge or shipping fee is to be borne by you, unless the product you received is wrong, faulty or defective. The products are in your responsibility until it reaches us. We are not liable for any loss or damage during shipping. Please ensure that it is packed properly and securely to avoid any damages.

    1. Return Process

Customers who wish to return products may do so according to our Return and Exchange Policy. If the return meets all the requirements above, you may submit a Return Request through “My order” in your online account.  You may contact us for more information if you are unsure about return eligibility. We may require visual proof (picture or video) of the product or parcel to proceed your Return Request.


Once your Return Request is approved, you should return the product to us within three (3) days of approval. You may also request us to arrange return pick-up for you, provided that you are able to pack the product firmly and print the airway bill provided by us. If the product you received is wrong, faulty or defective, official receipt or invoice of shipping fee should be provided to us for the refund, otherwise delivery charge or shipping fee is to be borne by you.


All products will be inspected on return. Product returned to us that does not meet our policy or is in an unsuitable condition will not be accepted, and delivery fee for the product to be returned to you is at your expense. You are required to pay the delivery fee and other return charges within seven (7) days, failing which you shall be deemed no longer interested in the product(s), and we shall deal with it without any liability and further reference to you.

    1. Refund Process

All goods sold are not cash-refundable. For returned product that is accepted by us, or product(s) that cannot be fulfilled by us, refund will be provided in the form of Store Credit into your online account, which can be used for your next purchase. Coupon or voucher used will not be reverted. The amount of Store Credit issued is equivalent to returned product’s sold price (after discount, if applicable) deducted with fees charged by us, such as delivery charge or shipping fee. In event where order is cancelled before shipment, the delivery charges or shipping fee will not be deducted during Store Credit Refund.
