By using the website or ordering products from the website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions and will comply by all of its provisions. We use the best practise and endeavour to keep our website accurate and up to date, however, it may contain errors, inaccuracies or may not be correct at the time of viewing.  We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time and your continuous use of the website denotes that you accept any revised terms. Any violation of rules and regulations of these Terms and Conditions, we will take immediate actions against the offender(s).

We make efforts to ensure the descriptions and pictures of our products are as accurate as possible. However, we cannot guarantee all actual products will be exactly the same shown on the website and make no warranty in respect of any product. By placing an order, you are aware that the information and images of products on the website may have differences from the actual product. We reserve the right to limit quantities of items purchased by each customer, to cancel any order or part of an order, or refuse service to anyone, for any valid reason.All goods sold are not cash-refundable. All orders are subjected to be accepted by us, and all products are subject to availability. We will make our best efforts to always process all orders but there may be exceptional circumstances where we may need to cancel your order, which we reserve the right to do at any time at our sole discretion. In the event if a product or products are not available at the time of order, we reserve the right to cancel your order and provide a refund of the same value of order in the form of Store Credit to your online account, which can be used for your next purchase online. We recommend you to read our “Return and Refund Policy” prior to making purchase from our website.

  1. Delivery

We aim to deliver your order to you at the place of delivery requested by you at the time of your order checkout. Your order will be delivered through courier service provider appointed by us. We shall notify you if we expect to be unable to deliver your order due to uncontrollable circumstances.Delivery charges or shipping fee will be added according to your address during checkout. Providing full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges have been made for the products purchased, the products will be at your risk from the time of delivery of the products to you, regardless of whether you actually physically take delivery of the products or not.We may on some occasions dispatch your order in multiple packages. We are not able to guarantee any firm delivery dates upon order, and we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.Delivery charge for failed attempted delivery due to no recipient at the point of delivery or incorrect address will borne by you. If delivery is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery, we may charge you for other costs reasonably incurred by us, cancel the order and make refund in the form of Store Credit. Additional fee will be charged for redelivery service. We reserve the right to decline delivery of order to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.

  1. Cancellation, Return and Refund

Cancellation of order can be requested by contacting us. Once order has been fulfilled or is ready for shipment, it may not be cancelled. If you are not satisfying with your purchased product(s), you may return it back to us within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of order. You may make a Return Request according to “Return and Refund Policy”. Special Price items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. All refunds will be given in the form of Store Credit in your online account which you may use for your next purchase. Any Vouchers or Coupons will not be reverted. You agree that you use the website at your sole risk. We reserve the right to withdraw any products from the website at any time and to remove or edit any content on the website. We will not be liable to you if we are prevented or delayed from complying with our obligations under these Terms and Conditions by anything you (or anyone action on behalf of you) does or fails to do or due to events which are beyond our reasonable control.You shall agree that there will be no comment(s) submitted to the site will violate any rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, privacy of other personal or proprietary right(s). Furthermore, the user shall agree there will not be content of unlawful, abusive, or obscene material(s) submitted to the site. Customer may terminate this agreement at any time. However, we may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be denying the access of the customer who is unable to comply the terms and conditions above.
